Your satisfaction is our priority.

Whatever the reason, you have 14 days after receipt to decide to return purchased products to us. The return costs are your responsibility (unless of course the part is defective or there was an error in the order)

How to proceed?

All items can be refunded except those with a note to the contrary. Before any return, please contact us directly on the site. After agreement, you just have to return it to us by post within 14 days after receiving your package:

Please return the products to us in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice, and mention the reason for the return.

We never exchange parts but systematically refunds. You can therefore place an order again if you wish to order another reference.
The refund is made using the same payment method as when you placed your order, within 7 working days.

Please note: the packaging of the part must NOT be used as a transport box. The part in its packaging must be inserted into a transport box. No refund will be made if the packaging of the part was used as a transport box.
